Douglas Kulper is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP in Ventura. Doug became a CPA while an auditor with Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young) in Orange County. He continues to maintain his CPA license, although he practices as a full-time attorney. He also teaches at both UCSB and CSUCI. He has been President of the CPA/Law Society since January 2000.
